QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER

Job Description

" Managing company QHSE performance across all operational sites
" Managing the improvement and maintenance of the company's certificated Integrated Management System (OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 & 9001)
" Ensuring all on-site operations are legally compliant and in compliance with Company and or client standards and procedures as appropriate
" Manage and identify company QHSE training needs.
" Manage and conduct internal QHSE workshops/training to improve employee awareness
" Liaison with enforcement officers and client HSE personnel
" Manage the initiation, implementation and maintenance of risk assessments
" Manage the QHSE aspect of tenders and proposals
" Manage the maintenance of QHSE procedures
" Investigate, report and provide managerial guidance in relation to all accidents, incidents and near misses
" Maintain and report both company and legal safety records
" Undertake internal audit and inspections and report key findings to management
" Reporting QHSE performance to the Management Team on a monthly basis and submitting weekly reports on QHSE activities to the MD
" Perform the duties of Duty Manager as per duty schedule
" Be prepared to travel to assist in the management of QHSE for foreign business enterprise
" Any other duties that may be expected of a company manager

Reporting requirements:
" Reporting non-compliance issues to the Managing Director
" Submitting Weekly Reports on HSE activities to Managing Director
" Reporting QHSE performance to the Management Team on a monthly basis
" Reports to Environmental and Business Development Manager

Qualifications
" Relevant work experience in oil & gas industry -min 5 yrs
" Excellent languages skills in: English, Azeri, Russian
" Computer skills
" Excellent communication and organizational skills
" Hard and dynamic worker
" Good safety attitude and accurate person
