HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICER.

Job Description

" Report all incidents directly to HSE Manager or designated person.
" Inform Management / HSE Manager on suspicious occurs, near misses, incidents and accidents
" Address all safety issues that arise, including the implementation of alternations in company policies
" Collect and collate site HSE data for reports
" Ensure communication of all relevant HSE procedures to suppliers and contractors
" Respond, in conciliation with the HSE Manager, to internal site and external inquires related to Quality and HSE
" Raise task risk assessment for activities
" Follow Permit to Work, BOSS/SOC procedures for relevant work
" Perform internal audits and reviews on the sites
" Conduct internal HSE trainings to staff
" Conduct daily tool-box meetings and reinforce the HSE compliance
" Control and operate the site environmental policy
" Any other duties which may be reasonably required by HSE Manager and/or Managing Director

Requirements

" College or university degree in environmental, engineering sciences or other related filed.
" Preferably 2 years of relevant experience with supporting HSE training
" Good organizational, planning and overall managerial skills.
" Good spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian languages.
" Good Computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Adobe Reader, Excel, Outlook)
" Previous experience with oil & gas business preferred.
