IT Specialist

 POSITION PURPOSE: To provide professional technical support and guidance in all aspects of programming to other company personnels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

 o   Responsible for the operation of a 7/24 online transaction processing system.

 o   Responsible for high level analysis, diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the product fit and defining support needs.

 o   To manage secure server services; hardware, operating systems and databases.

 o   To manage terminals’ and network availability and security.

 o   To manage LAN and WAN availability and security.

 o   To coordinate desktops and desktop environments availability.

 o   To manage new installations and updates effectively and on time.

 o   To control continuously hardware, software and network equipments.

 o   To do daily, weekly, monthly and annually IT operations.

 o   To do necessary planning, corresponding and documentation for IT Systems.

 o   To plan and manage upgrade planning, installation and operations when necessary.
