Bidders must submit a quotation on all listed items. The bids will be evaluated on all items and the bidder who offers the lowest price on the total package will be preferred.

Qualification requirements for bidders are the followings:

  1. Should be financially sustainable;

Bidders should submit documents that meet the following financial requirement (s).

The bidder must submit the audited financial statements that reflect the last three years profit.

  1. Experience and technical potential.

Bidders should submit the following documents that meet the experience requirements.

The Bidder must complete at least two (2) successful contracts for the supply of similar goods within the last five (5) years and should show the documents in two languages that goods have been successfully used in the last two years.

Bidders must provide a receipt or a warranty letter confirming that the reciever (reciever / end-user) is supplied with the required equipment and use the equipment successfully. It is requested to provide relevant contracts with dates and figures.

No privileges are imposed on locally produced products. Further details will be provided in the bidding documents.

Tender proposals must be submitted to the address below until December 31, 2017, at 16:00.  The bidds should be submitted in USD.
